Next business day delivery within the same city.

To Land and Island Destinations

Delivery in 1 – 2 business days (depending on city of shipping – city of delivery) for land and island destinations*.

*Up to 72 hours for remote destinations.

Cash on Delivery

Delivery with Cash on Delivery service. Next business day delivery until 17:00, except for certain remote destinations.
Maximum amount of cash on delivery 2.000€.

International Destinations

All international shipments are forwarded via a network of partners, which are chosen according to destination and specialties of each shipment, in order to satisfy our customers needs.

Our competitive delivery times are based on the fastest and most economic solutions available, which are accomplished through the partnership of Geniki Taxydromiki with the largest international companies.

For European Union shipments we offer our “Economy” service, by forwarding shipments through Geniki Taxydromiki’s hub in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Freight Transport Cyprus

Low-cost shipments to Cyprus with delivery within 7 business days* (for delivery to remote areas the time might extend up to 4 working days).

Packaging Material

We offer a full range of packaging materials, consisted of 16 types of packages which are able to cover every special need. See all package materials here.

Transport Insurance

All domestic and international shipments are automaticaly insured without extra charges up to 70,00€ for documents and up to 400,00€ for packages.
For domestic shipments worth more than 400,00€ there is the possibility for additional assurance. The additional cost is equal to 0,6% of the reported value of the transported object.
In order for any compensation to be claimed, documentation proving the value of the object before VAT and commercial profit is required.
For any insurance requests for shipments with declared value of over 3.000€ prior arrangements with our local office are required.

Shipment return service "RR" (Return Request)
The service ensures an automated return to the consignor within a specified time period specified by the customer *.

* Applies only to credit customers.
Service: Door 2 Service Point (D2SP)

Starting from September 15th 2022, a delivery option with exceptionally low rates will be available for all shipments originating within Geniki Taxyxromiki’s network (Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania) and destined for Greece, with collection / pick up from a Geniki Taxydromiki service point of your choice.

This new service can also be combined with Cash on Delivery service.
