Attempted Fraud Using the Brand Name Geniki Taxydromiki

Recently, there has been increased malicious activity via email (phishing), SMS and Viber, illegally using the logo and brand name of Geniki Taxydromiki.
The purpose is to obtain money, personal data, and bank card details.

These fake messages usually request:

  • Payment of a small shipping fee, reshipment of a parcel, or parcel storage fees.
  • Update of home address details or personal information through a link.
  • Entry of debit or credit card details.

Geniki Taxydromiki never asks you to make card payments through links sent via SMS, email, or Viber.

  • If you receive a suspicious message, do not click on any links and do not download any attachments, as there is a risk of malware infection.
  • Do not reply to messages from addresses or numbers you do not recognize.
  • As soon as you identify such a message, delete it immediately.
  • Never enter banking details or card codes on pages suggested by suspicious messages.
  • Official electronic communication from our company is conducted exclusively through addresses ending in @taxydromiki.gr.
