General Rules for International Shipments
- All shipments to International destinations are subject to Greek VAT tax (24%).
- Economy Service is not available for Cyprus and Malta.
- Except for shipments to Bulgaria and Cyprus, all international shipments can only be send as prepaid by shipper.
- All undelivered international shipments are returned and return charges are debited to initial shipper.
- Medicine and pharmaceuticals can only be shipped if accompanied by doctor’s prescription in English, stating the patient, the medical condition and the medicine administered. The prescription must have doctors signature and stamp.
- All non-document shipments to international destination must have a proforma invoice in English, stating the contained goods, value and reason for export.
- Shipments in inadequate and / or unsecure packing will be returned to shipper.
- Deliveries to prisons / correctional facilities or P.O. Boxes are not possible.
- Shipments in wooden packaging or crates cannot be shipped via Economy Service.
- Bottles of liquid must be packed in special packaging for this purpose.
- Specially for the 17lt olive oil canister forwarded via Economy Service a surcharge in amount 20,00 Eur for special packing is applied.
